As Senior Staff Scientist, Kerry manages the BioBus laboratory, develops new experiments, and teaches on board the BioBus and in BioConnection classrooms. In addition, Kerry develops curriculum and coordinates the Programs’ teacher training workshops.

Before joining CURE, Kerry conducted research on the role of peptide transport genes in plant growth and development. In addition to her undergraduate research, Kerry has worked as an intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and has studied plant molecular biology at Cornell University.

Kerry holds a master's degree in molecular and cellular biology from Quinnipiac University. She received her bachelor of science degree in biology from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont.
